Return Policy

Detect Technology provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at +34 609 18 74 69. and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from Detect Technology are none refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

-	Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.

-	The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
-	Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package.
-	You must include all packaging materials.
-	Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
-	All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
-	We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
-	Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
-	You must pay any return shipping expense.
-	Software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances. All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number, or by a store credit.

Shipping

All orders placed on this Website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Detect Technology's shipping policies. All in stock items are usually shipped Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm CET or 3 pm for Expedited orders (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) can usually be shipped the same day. All orders are F.O.B. our shipping facility. The risk of loss and title for ordered merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and/or freight consolidator.

Warranty

For 12 months after merchandise is received, all products will be repaired free of charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, Detect Technology may elect to furnish a replacement or make a full refund.

In the event that a product requires repair after one year from receipt of order, Detect Technology will assist in having items repaired by manufacturer or suitable repair facility if possible. Customer will be charged for cost of repair and handling.

Venue and Applicable Law
